What happens if I get a suspicious email or text from Blueprint Bank?

Blueprint Bank will never send you an unsolicited email or message asking for any confidential information – this includes information such as PIN, passwords, or card numbers. If you do receive an email of this nature, please report it. If you think you have been a victim of fraud or have any unknown transactions on your account, please let us know.

How do I complete a direct deposit form?

Download our Direct Deposit form. Next, complete the form (digitally – save as a PDF and print) and attach a void cheque. If you do not have a void cheque, please include your account number, financial institution number and branch transit number. Lastly, send the completed form to the payer.

How do I order new cheques?

You can now order cheques within Online Banking.

  • First, click My Accounts.
  • Next, select your bank account, then click Order Cheques.
